Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be formalized by e-mail, where we reserve the deadline:

– Requests forwarded more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date will be fully refunded;
– Requests forwarded 7 to 3 days in advance of the scheduled check-in date will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount;
– Requests forwarded 2 days or less prior to the scheduled check-in date will not be refunded.
The prepayment sets the acceptance of the above terms.
